As a Real Estate broker-owned company, 4S4P understands real estate and real estate trends. In a market with rising home prices, real estate commissions have stayed the same.
This effectively pays real estate agents more for selling the same house. “Why are some agents making more money for the same amount of work?”. With this in mind, we began working with experienced, professional, and highly regarded real estate pros to bring home sellers a lower commission rate while still providing full service. Based on today’s rising home prices, 4S4P determined that agents could profitably sell homes for a 4% commission. This allows sellers to save thousands in commission while receiving full service from some of the best local agents in the market.
